Notaarin

Notaarin is one of the Tezuka characters who most frequently plays the same character over and over again. In his most characteristic roles, he is a scientist of any and all disciplines. He also frequently plays police chiefs. In all his roles, he is known for his ability to give spontaneous lectures. He appears in many Tezuka series, includingNextworld, Metropolis, Adventure of Rock, Lion Books, Black Jack, Amazing Three, Astro Boy, andRainbow Parakeet. He also appears in Jungle Emperor Leo, though not the manga.
